About the Role

Centurion Asset Management Inc. is a leading investment and property management company seeking a skilled Analyst, Valuations to join our team. As a key member of our valuation team, you will be responsible for assisting in the valuation of assets and developing key performance metrics and analytical models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party appraisers, consultants, and lenders.
  • Conduct quarterly fair value calculations for each fund, identifying variances and non-recurring incidents.
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly fair value variance spreadsheets for management review.
  • Develop calculation models for fair value as needed and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Monitor trends for business insights and key performance indicators, identifying areas for operational efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or real estate.
  • 2-5 years of experience in the real estate industry in an analytical role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Strong follow-up skills with ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Excellent command of MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated track record of analyzing financial analytics.
