Job Title: Truck Mechanic

Cambec Diesel Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join our team. As a Truck Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on commercial transport trucks, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating and inspecting equipment
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines and commercial transport truck systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
