Job Title: Area Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at 2 Sisters Poultry & Meat Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the area and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Budgeting: Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Marketing: Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Training: Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
