Job Title: Car Sales and Service Manager

City Centre Auto Sales Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Car Sales and Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales and service operations to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies to optimize sales and revenue.
  • Procurement: Source and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring quality and competitive pricing.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Staffing and Recruitment: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise staff to meet business needs.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced automobile dealership environment, requiring strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a sales or management role, or equivalent experience.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with regular interaction with customers and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
