In this role you will:- Work with development teams and product owners to design product features
- Provide technical leadership to the development team
- Follow standard agile scrum practices for software development
- Perform code review, refactoring, and managing source code per standards to ensure quality
- Design required solutions and guide teams in implementation
- Apply standard development methods covering the full development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment) to ensure solution quality
This role requires an experienced Technical Lead with at least 8+ years of experience in the .NET/C#/SQL domain. You should have C# knowledge and experience supporting minor enhancements/bug fixes, performing UI work for new programs, consuming new APIs, knowledge of standardizing multiple MVC implementations, and knowledge of performing UI improvements/upgrades.
