Ness is currently seeking an experienced Technical Lead with at least 8+ years of experience in the .NET/C#/SQL domain.
In this role you will:
- Work with development teams and product owners to design product features
- Provide technical leadership to the development team
- Follow standard agile scrum practices for software development
- Perform code review, refactoring, and managing source code per standards to ensure quality
- Design required solutions and guide teams in implementation
- Apply standard development methods covering the full development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment) to ensure solution quality
Required Skills:
- C# knowledge
- Experience supporting minor enhancements/bug fixes
- Experience performing UI work for new programs
- Consuming new APIs
- Knowledge of standardizing multiple MVC implementations
- Knowledge of performing UI improvements/upgrades
