Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure food service and quality: Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure that it meets the high standards of Sadiq Holdings Inc./Burger King.
  • Maintain records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports: Compile and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Train staff: Provide training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Handle customer complaints: Respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Address employee concerns: Listen to and address employee concerns in a fair and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a fast-food restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

Benefits:

  • Attractive wages of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week.
