About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clothing Sales Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at Warehouse One - The Jean Store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading by example, driving sales performance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring the store runs smoothly
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and coach the team to do the same
  • Drive the Warehouse One Perks customer loyalty program to secure repeat customers
  • Create and foster a positive work environment that encourages team members to meet and exceed store performance goals
  • Oversee store operations, including assigning and following up on tasks, performing store opening and closing duties, and scheduling for the store
Requirements
  • A leader with experience in the fashion retail industry, ideally with a sales-driven and customer-service-focused background
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
  • Flexible availability, with a minimum of 25 hours per week, including day, evening, and weekend shifts
