Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth and Family Support Worker to join our team at the Northern Society for Domestic Peace. As a key member of our community services team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to adolescents, children, and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programs to support the well-being of adolescents and children
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to individuals and families
  • Liaise with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics for program evaluation and research
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) certification
  • Mental health first aid certification
