About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Specialist to join our team at KINKA IZAKAYA ANNEX. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes, including Japanese cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for staff and customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Restaurant setting in an urban area.
