What is the opportunity?

The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Operations Assistant to join their team in Toronto. As a key member of the RBC Dominion Securities Management team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to clients and employees, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming communications from clients, advisors, and internal partners, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Review and process daily branch transactions, verifying accuracy and adherence to internal controls.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support the Management team with administrative tasks, including office stationery orders, boardroom scheduling, and special projects.

Requirements

  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently, seeking out solutions and answers as needed.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and a professional approach to all situations.
