Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team in Brantford and surrounding areas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RPN to provide high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes. As an RPN with Bayshore HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including palliative, pediatric, wound care, and intravenous therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Teach and delegate tasks to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Clear criminal background check (with vulnerable sector screening), negative TB test.
