Job Description

At Harry\u0027s Travel World, we are seeking a highly skilled Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling travel products and services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage difficult customer situations and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Perform general office duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Sell travel products and services, including flights, hotels, and packages.
  • Use computerized reservation and ticketing systems to make travel arrangements.
  • Provide customers with travel information and advice on destinations, transportation, and accommodation options.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of computerized reservation and ticketing systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Galileo, Amadeus, and Apollo systems.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and other software applications.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Hindi.
