Executive Director of Trade and Broadcasting Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Trade and Broadcasting Services to join our team at CANTRUST UNIVERSAL TRADE LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our trade and broadcasting operations, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, and managing a team of senior staff.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Lead and manage a team of senior staff, including middle managers and directors
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- 35 to 40 hours per week
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
