We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Buffalo Narrows Health Centre. This is a casual opportunity that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently.

About the Role

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing receptionist and clerical services, including responding to inquiries, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary within the range of $20.150 to $21.550 (Pay Band 7) per hour. In addition to a market-leading salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration;
  • Intermediate-level keyboarding and computer skills;
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to communicate in a cross-cultural setting, where required by the job.
