The Senior Interior Design Technologist is responsible for providing technical support to interior designers, ensuring the accurate implementation of interior design concepts for healthcare facilities.

This position requires expertise in interior design technology, building systems, and coordination with other design disciplines. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in using design software and experience in producing detailed interior design drawings and construction documents.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing technical implementation of interior design concepts with interior designers.
  • Preparing detailed interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details.
  • Selecting and specifying interior finishes, materials, and furniture suitable for healthcare environments.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other design disciplines to integrate interior design solutions seamlessly.
  • Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design Technology or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as an Interior Design Technologist, preferably in healthcare projects.
  • Strong proficiency in using design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in producing detailed interior design drawings and construction documents.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards relevant to healthcare facilities.
