Job Overview

This role supports the efficient handling of baggage at the Deerfoot Inn & Casino Inc. airport site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the efficient handling of baggage.
  • Oversee the daily operations of baggage handling, including monitoring workflows and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce wait times for customers.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must have experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead a team.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment

This role is based at the Deerfoot Inn & Casino Inc. airport site and requires the ability to work in a physical environment with moderate physical demands.
