  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.

Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong leadership skills.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle heavy loads.

Hours:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work 35 hours per week.
