Dental Office Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Skycad Dental Technology Ltd. as a key member of our front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with patients and dental staff.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining accurate records.
- Phone and Messaging: Answer and relay telephone calls and messages, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Office Operations: Order office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the front desk.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
