Building Electrical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Building Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team in the Estrie area. As a key player in building electrical projects, this individual will contribute to the design of plans and models, perform surveys, and assist the engineering team in the realization of projects in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and hospital sectors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate electrical design projects from start to finish, including electrical distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, etc.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare and review project documents, including plans and models
  • Conduct site visits and participate in certain stages of work supervision
  • Provide support to the engineering team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
  • Knowledge of building electrical codes and regulations
  • Minimum of two years' relevant experience
  • Good command of Revit and AutoCAD software
  • Proficiency in French (both oral and written)
  • Knowledge of AGI 32 lighting calculation software (an asset)
  • ASP Construction card (an asset)
  • Valid Driver's license
