Restaurant Operations Manager

Mama Mia Italian Kitchen is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dining establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff performance, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve overall service quality.
- Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Inventory and Supply Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of food and other supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Conditions: Physically demanding, attention to detail, standing for extended periods
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
