We are a leading meat processing company seeking an experienced and skilled Meat Cutter to join our wholesale team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in preparing and cutting high-quality meats for our customers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing carcasses, sides, and quarters for processing and cutting. You will also cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat, as well as wrap and package prepared meats for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare carcasses, sides, and quarters for processing and cutting
  • Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
  • Wrap and package prepared meats for distribution
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Grind meats
  • Slice cooked meats
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Working Conditions and Benefits

This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week. The salary range is approximately $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
