Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter - Wholesale to join our team at Newmarket Meat Packers Limited. As a Meat Cutter - Wholesale, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for wholesale distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare meats for cutting and processing
  • Cut and trim meats to standard cuts
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh and package meats for sale
  • Operate band saw, manual cutting utensils, and power grinder

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Permanent employment
  • English language required
