Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs, and ensure that inventory is managed effectively.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare reports as required.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and a valid work permit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
