Join EF Education First as an Educational Program Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as an Educational Program Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing a territory of existing and prospective clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts within your assigned territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales
  • Support customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
  • Forecast and deliver key account metrics, including monthly and quarterly sales projections and goals
  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure successful delivery of customer travel experiences

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
