Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at HONGYAN PRECISION MANUFACTURING LIMITED. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person, resolving issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems, utilizing technical manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to users, enhancing their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Offer business systems, network, and Internet support to users, addressing their technical needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Working Conditions
  • Permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency required.
