We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pizza Cook to join our team at 2337543 ALBERTA LTD. O/A Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other menu items to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, including pizzas, salads, and other menu items.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard.
- Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and train them in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and cooking.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Organized: Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Team Player: Be a team player and able to work effectively with others.
