- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and dishwashers, to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and meet customer needs.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
