Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at SHEILA MAY TRINIDAD. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Summary:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their mental well-being.
  • Assist clients with medication administration, and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
