Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at CMARBAN. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Job Summary:
  • Administer medications and assist with personal care, including bathing and hygiene
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, as well as laundry and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and support to clients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements:
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require bending, standing, and walking
