Math Teacher/Tutor Wanted

We are seeking a part-time math teacher/tutor to join our team at Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about mathematics and enjoy working with students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach math to students at various levels
  • Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
  • Fill in post-lesson notes and complete daily student communication updates
  • Maintain a friendly and professional manner at all times
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Fourth year university students with extensive tutoring experience will be considered
  • Teaching certification an asset
  • Good knowledge of the current Grades 3-12 math curriculum, particularly senior math and including, but not limited to, advanced functions, algebra, trigonometry and calculus, and vectors
