About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Prodigy Property Management Corporation. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our properties to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning staff are allocated to tasks effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Cleaning service company.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, and reliability.
Work Environment
  • On the Road Job: This role involves working on the road, visiting our properties to inspect and oversee cleaning operations.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Hours of Work: 40 hours per week.
