About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Group Manager to join our team at TD. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading complex audits and projects, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the integrity of our financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of audit professionals to execute complex audits and projects
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on emerging trends and issues
  • Identify, mitigate, and report on risk issues, ensuring appropriate escalation processes are followed
  • Develop and implement internal audit remediation plans to address performance, risk, and governance issues
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize portfolios and ensure messages are aligned with business strategies and executive management direction
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in audit, risk management, or a related field
  • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications, accounting designations, or equivalent education
  • Proficient time management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of Canadian and International regulatory standards in the financial securities environment
  • Understanding of Advanced Analytics and data visualization
  • Proficiency with MS Office, analytical tools, and Internet applications
