Job Title: Security Specialist

Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team. As a Security Specialist, you will be responsible for leading our physical security program across our office and data center footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative physical security technology and operations across our global network of data centers.
  • Collaborate with our People team to develop policies and processes to protect Cloudflare employees.
  • Work with our detections Team to identify ways to ingest video and access control event alarms into detection pipelines and process those through various stages of triage.
  • Deliver the review and audit of existing and new data centers.
  • Establish, implement, and automate our physical security standards, policies, and processes globally.
Requirements:
  • Ability to make decisions on acceptable physical security risk and drive risk mitigation.
  • Experience writing physical security policies, processes, and playbooks.
  • Experience with executive protection, including the engagement of private investigators and law enforcement.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage a large number of projects simultaneously.
