Job Title: Security Operations Manager

As a Security Operations Manager at GardaWorld, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and processes in place. This position would be in a dynamic team environment where you will be responsible for effectively supporting necessary personnel, equipment, and processes to fulfill service commitments to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison with the Client and Garda Account Manager addressing issues on security-related situations as they arise.
  • Support necessary personnel, equipment, and processes to fulfill service commitments to clients.
  • Ensure that security personnel are adequately trained, fully equipped, given clear direction, and provided with continuous encouragement and support.
  • Present a professional demeanor in both appearance and behavior and with all interactions as a representative of the property.
  • Perform administrative duties of the department as assigned by the Security Manager.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in security supervisor experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid Alberta Security license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Leadership and mentorship skills.
