About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at KIREI Cleaning & Building Maintenance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing for extended periods.
