We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at General Property Management.

Job Summary:

The Property Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including negotiating leases, managing maintenance, and coordinating repairs. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met and monitor progress and cost of work
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
