About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Jaguar Hauling Ltd. As an Administrative Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our administrative services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Hiring and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Budget Planning: Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Qualities: Organized and a team player.
Benefits
  • Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
