Data Acquisition and Interoperability Project Manager

Reveleer is a healthcare data and analytics company that leverages Artificial Intelligence to empower health plans to manage their Quality Improvement, Risk Adjustment, and Member Management programs more effectively. Our platform enables plans to independently execute and manage every aspect of enrollment, provider outreach, data retrieval, coding, abstraction, reporting, and submissions.

The Data Acquisition/Management and Project Manager of Interoperability will be responsible for leading data acquisition strategies and processes for risk-based projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role will also focus on driving the development of prospective quality and risk programs, creating cross-functional strategies to aid in interoperability, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement data acquisition strategies and processes for risk-based projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Drive the development of prospective quality and risk programs, leveraging interoperability to fill data gaps.
  3. Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
  4. Manage merger and acquisition due diligence needs and help formulate a strategy for execution.
  5. Support day-to-day operations, including managing vendors and service providers, and assist with project management.
  6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  7. Aid in maintaining customer relations and building new products like prospective quality.
  8. Create cross-functional strategies to aid in interoperability.
  9. Build out and lead a team from implementation to operations and product improvement.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in data acquisition and management, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement quality assurance programs.
  4. Experience in managing merger and acquisition due diligence and data strategy formulation.
  5. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage vendors and service providers.
  6. Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  7. Ability to create and execute cross-functional strategies to improve interoperability.
  8. Strong leadership skills, with experience building and leading teams.
