Bakery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Manager to join our team at BC LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.
- Train and supervise bakery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Develop and implement new recipes and product lines, working closely with the production team to ensure successful launches.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards.
