Bakery Manager

BC LTD is seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities:- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize production.
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to maximize revenue.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Dental plan and health care plan.
- 40 hours per week and permanent work term.
- English language and work environment.
