As a Financial Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada, you can help your clients achieve their financial goals, while we support your career growth. You'll have the opportunity to build a successful business, leveraging our resources and expertise in wealth management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, providing personalized financial advice and portfolio management.
  • You will leverage RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized financial plans and investment strategies for your clients.
  • You will foster trusted, long-term relationships with your clients, providing exceptional service and advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • You will work closely with RBC partners, such as Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance, to ensure your clients receive comprehensive financial solutions.

Requirements:

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales and are comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation structure.
  • You have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  • You have a passion for financial planning and a strong interest in portfolio management.
  • You have excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
