About the Role

Del Property Management Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our condominium sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Administration: Provide administrative support to our condominium sites, including:
  • Coordinating with residents, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Preparing notices and correspondence
  • Overseeing facility bookings and maintenance
  • Processing common element assessment fees and reconciliations
  • Compiling arrears information and sending notifications
  • Processing payables and preparing cheques
  • Preparing legal forms and documents
  • Resident file administration and maintenance
  • Processing and maintaining other registries
  • Set up and tear down for meetings
  • Attending meetings to register attendees
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of administration experience, preferably in the condominium management space
  • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a requirement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Limited License is preferred
  • University degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
