**Job Summary**

Groupe Leclerc seeks an experienced OT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a dynamic environment that favors the delivery of OT projects and the resolution of IT requests and incidents, while offering exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate OT activities to ensure seamless project execution and timely issue resolution.
  • Understand production operations to effectively respond to internal customer requests and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promote rapid ticket resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and prioritize tickets judiciously.
  • Ensure adequate follow-up on ticket resolution and propose long-term solutions for recurring issues.
  • Establish priorities and daily needs in collaboration with INFRA technicians and work together to resolve tickets.
  • Coordinate follow-up of requests and incidents with external suppliers.
  • Actively participate in internal and customer projects, driving improvements and implementing required changes.
  • Provide team performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Participate in recommending and selecting technological alignments for operational activities and maintain a strategic watch on best OT tools and practices.
  • Manage the performance, capacity, availability, and security of the OT network, servers, and data, acting proactively on alerts from automated monitoring tools.
  • Develop and implement maintenance and improvement projects for OT infrastructure, write and maintain complete documentation, and validate existing daily processes.
  • Provide level 3 support to operational and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, specializing in networking.
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on OT.
  • Familiarity with decentralized environments and experience working with a ticket tracking system.
  • Fluency in English and French, with ability to travel as needed.
  • Willingness to be on-call, work shifts, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in customer service, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Knowledge of network environments (Rockwell, Allen-Bradley, Cisco, Fortinet) and experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in OT.
  • Autonomy, initiative, creativity, analysis, synthesis, judgment, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Results-oriented and possessing good stress, time, and priority management skills.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
