Photo Processing Specialist

About this role:

To deliver exceptional customer service and support in the Photo Lab at Walmart Canada, ensuring a positive shopping experience and driving customer loyalty.

What you'll do:

1. Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner, providing a welcoming atmosphere in the store.

2. Assist customers by promoting products and services, offering direction for use of self-serve equipment, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions. Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate.

3. Execute workflow and customer orders, perform quality tests, calibrate equipment to ensure optimum results, and monitor chemistry in equipment.

4. Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing and pricing merchandise.

5. Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items, and maintain a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures.

6. Promote a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and working in accordance with all Company policies and procedures.

7. Refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
