Digital Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Photo Lab Technician to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our imaging services department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner, providing assistance with product inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Execute workflow and customer orders, perform quality tests, calibrate equipment, and monitor chemistry levels to ensure optimal results.
• Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking merchandise, rotating stock, removing damaged goods, setting up displays, and pricing merchandise effectively.
• Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high-shrink items, and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Promote a safe working environment by completing required certification programs and adhering to company policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $32,550-$41,400 based on relevant experience and location. This amount may vary depending on individual circumstances.
