Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage the cafe's daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Staff Supervision and Development
    • Supervise and train a team of food service staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food and beverages.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to improve performance and address any issues or concerns.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements to the cafe's operations and services.
  • Inventory and Supply Management

Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service management role
  • Skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
