Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Relief Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Virtual Psychiatry Unit team in Surrey, B.C. As an LPN on our team, you will provide client-centered care through a trauma-informed approach and evidence-informed practice.
- Assess patient/resident/family's actual and potential strengths and limitations.
- Provide a supportive environment for patient/resident/family, promoting involvement in health care decisions.
- Contribute to the development and ongoing changes to the individualized plan of care.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- One (1) year related clinical experience.
- Completion of or eligibility to complete Mental Health & Substance Use Competency Education.
