About Us

At Port 443 Inc., we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

About You

We're seeking someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and has a strong background in customer success. You'll be responsible for communicating with customers in both English and Spanish, providing product demos, and troubleshooting issues.

Your Responsibilities

  • Translate our products and marketing materials into Spanish to support our expansion into new markets
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email, providing timely and effective support
  • Conduct onboarding sessions and product demos for new customers
  • Record and respond to customer feedback and issues
  • Collaborate with our development team to identify bugs and track feature requests
  • Represent the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can improve our services
  • Travel to trade shows and events (up to 10% of the time)

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field
  • Technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
