Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at SUBWAY, you will play a vital role in our kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our customers. Your expertise in food preparation and management will contribute to a positive dining experience.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess food portion sizes and associated costs
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
  • Accommodate customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions
  • Prepare specialized meals for patients based on dietary guidelines
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety protocols
  • Oversee kitchen staff and assistants
  • Maintain accurate inventory and records of food and supplies
  • Recruit and onboard new kitchen staff
  • Manage overall kitchen operations efficiently
